Well, it was extremely fun to compete again!! After 3 years being away from pageants I had a blast preparing for competition. The big surprise of the evening was that the 1st runner up was also named Mrs. Anchorage. It will be a fun year making appearances as Mrs. Anchorage, in a city I love so dearly.
I was able to meet 7 other amazing women, I thank all of you for the experience!
Laura and Jeanine, thank you both as well for a memorable pageant, you both worked tirelessly to put on a professional production, which you were able to accomplish!!

To Michelle and Karen, you guys are always there for me, no matter what, it means more to me than I can express. Of course to Curtis, without your unfailing support I would never be able to accomplish half of the things I have tried, I love you baby!!! You are a superstar and so deserving of every good thing in the world. You work so hard to be such a good mother, professional, wife and friend and STILL find time to volunteer for a cause that is near and dear to your heart. Plus, you have a rockin' body! I so want to be you when I grow up!
