Simply Stunning Make-up Seminar

On Sunday, May 25th, Kristina Bellamy, owner of Simply Stunning, organized a make-up seminar for her clients. She brought in professional make-up artist Molly Hutchinson!! We had such an amazing time, and learned so much from Molly! I have to give her a huge thank you, I enjoyed being your "model" so much!!! When we got to the session about applying fake eyelashes all Molly had brought with her were some "fun" lashes!!! So we proceeded to apply them!!!! Wow, it felt like I had trantulas on my eyes!!! But hey, we all need assistance in applying those fake lashes!!!! Thanks to all the ladies there for making it such a fun experience.

I have to say I enjoyed taking the class with my daughter Ellana, it is so great to be able to spend time with her, and have the hobby of pageantry that we enjoy so much together!!!

Photo Shoot

I have to say a huge thank you to Jeff Nordby!!! Today I had a photo shoot at his studio and it went great!!!! I generally always hate my photos, but today we got some really wonderful shots! I am so excited!!! He is an amazing photographer, an artist in the true word. I can not wait to see the finished photos!!!

The pageant

Well, it was extremely fun to compete again!! After 3 years being away from pageants I had a blast preparing for competition. The big surprise of the evening was that the 1st runner up was also named Mrs. Anchorage. It will be a fun year making appearances as Mrs. Anchorage, in a city I love so dearly.

I was able to meet 7 other amazing women, I thank all of you for the experience!

Laura and Jeanine, thank you both as well for a memorable pageant, you both worked tirelessly to put on a professional production, which you were able to accomplish!!
